What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Lab Ceramist (Buena Park, CA) position at Hiossen?
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Read prescriptions and specifications received from dentist.
- Well-rounded in all aspects of ceramics.
- Good understanding of aesthetics and occlusion.
- Maintain clean work area and equipment.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Receive and register the order on ERP system.
- Contact the customer if the order or account have issue.
- Support the customer about digital product.
- Polishing and cleaning the product.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Five years related experience in the fabrication of crowns, bridges, and inlays/onlays or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with E-Max, Zirconia, PFZ, PFM, PFG, etc. are required.
- Certified Dental Technician (CDT) is preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
- The ability to read, write, understand and communicate clearly with employees, customers, and within Hiossen in order to successfully and effectively complete assigned.
