RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and enforce building rules and regulations, fostering a compliant and secure
- environment.
- Oversee building maintenance including supervision of technicians, vendors, and
- contractors.
- Manage documentation related to vendor and contractor engagements, including
- contracts and invoices.
- Collaborate on financial tasks including budgeting, financial analysis, and ensuring
- paperwork compliance.
- Coordinate with the general affairs team for building renovation and repair projects.
- Achieve cost savings through effective negotiation with suppliers and vendors.
- Support management with the preparation of reports and project projections.
- Maintain up-to-date emergency procedures in collaboration with property management
- staff and office tenants.
- Administer the company’s insurance renewals and corporate asset management system.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum knowledge of real estate, lease management and project managemen- tStrong background in facilities management with expertise in building systems, HVAC
