Marketing Specialist

We’re looking to add another outstanding marketing professional to our team and maximize the delivery of our creative campaigns, promotions and programs for our retail clients.

The primary responsibility of the person in this role will be managing and publishing digital assets for 50 client websites, social media accounts, emails, text messages, Google business accounts and in-store digital signage.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Work with senior management to deploy hundreds of unique marketing assets each month with near-perfect accuracy and exceptional quality
• Contribute to the development of new campaigns and big-picture strategies for agency and clients
• Provide timely responses to questions, reviews and engagement via client’s social media accounts
• Collect, file and update client data, call notes and operational changes
• Adapt to ever-evolving industry trends through consistent learning and research
• Copywriting for social media content
• Email campaign creation, publishing, reporting and automation
• Website management
• Text message publishing and analysis
• Social Media content creation assistance

Requirements:

• Evening and weekend time required for social media monitoring
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• College degree in marketing, communications, public relations, media, writing or other relevant area
• Ability to commute to company headquarters in Ellisville, MO Monday - Thursday each week
• Ability to contribute expertise from past experience, find answers when experience isn't adequate and ask for help when that's the best alternative
• Sense of humor is imperative
• Must champion a “growth” mindset
• Can deftly deploy "there", "their" and "they're" in proper context
• Stickler for accuracy and detail
• Comprehensive knowledge of Facebook and Instagram business tools, insights and recent changes

Schedule:

• Full-time
• 8 hour shift
• 9a-5p, Monday - Friday
• Remote work day on Friday
• Some nights and weekend time required

Salary:

• $40,000 - $42,500 / year
