You will help design voice-enabled and text-based AI interactions for patient-facing and clinician-support applications, leveraging insights from healthcare providers and incorporating best practices in conversational design to drive better outcomes.We value in-person teamwork and believe the best ideas happen together. This role is expected to be in the office five days a week in Palo Alto, CA.About The Role : As a Conversation Designer at Hippocratic AI, you will design, prototype, and refine user-centric conversational flows for LLM-driven healthcare AI applications. You’ll collaborate closely with clinicians, researchers, engineers, and product teams to ensure that all AI interactions are natural, empathetic, and effective across a variety of usability contexts, including patient intake, follow-up instructions, and clinical guidance.
