About the Role :
We are seeking a talented and versatile UI / UX and Creative Designer to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a creative flair for developing visually compelling content. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical functionality and aesthetic appeal, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience while producing high-quality creative assets that align with our brand identity.
Responsibilities :
Create visually appealing graphic designs for marketing materials, social media, and advertising campaigns.
Design icons, infographics, and other branding assets as needed.
Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and fidelity during implementation.
Stay updated with the latest UI / UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Present design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders to refine designs.
Qualifications : Must-Have :
Proven experience as both a UI / UX Designer and Creative Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing both types of work.
Advance knowledge in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Figma.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality designs.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Open and comfortable with a strong feedback and refinement loop.
Ability to synthesize different feedback and create designs.
Ability to handle a heavy workload with tight timelines.
Build out foundational creative assets as we continue to grow brand awareness.
Nice to Have :
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
