The successful candidate will :

- Have experience measuring store performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Be comfortable acting as the face of the store
- Be comfortable interfacing with staff, law enforcement, vendors, owners, and landlords
- Provide leadership to and oversight of all departments, employees, and operations and work with ownership to generate a strategy for business growth and establish key performance indicators to monitor company progress
- Be responsible for keeping up with all changes in local and state law regarding cannabis retail and ensuring employees operate compliantly at all times
