We are looking for a Memory Care Coordinator to join our growing team. The Memory Care Coordinator supports the Wellness Director and is part of the wellness team that ensures the care of all our elders. If this is you, please hit the "apply now" button!

Memory Care Coordinator duties include:
- Manage the Memory Care neighborhood including move in and out processes, pharmacy and physician communications, delivery of services, Reporting and memory care specialized specifics.
- Develop, plan and organize staff meetings, Support groups and small group huddles.
- Acts as leadership to the Memory Care Health Services team to ensure residents service plan process is handled according to physician orders (using eMAR/MAR), and practices in accordance with all state, local and company regulations.
- Hiring, supervising, training and scheduling Memory Care Medication Assistants and Care Partners.
- Collaborates with Community Director of Health Services, Sales and Marketing and Administration to ensure the Memory Care neighborhood is functional, safe and effective for staff and residents.
- Manage Memory Care budget within the guidelines and help create following year budget with administration
- Develop, plan and organize with Activities Director all memory care related activities to enrich the needs of residents on an individualized basis.

Requirements
QuaIifications:
- 2 years of experience as a caregiver and/or medication assistant
- Supervisory experience required
- Must be 18 years old
- First Aid and CPR Certification
- Must be able to meet all state and local requirements for employment screening, including drug/ background screening and abuse registry where applicable
