In-office: 5x per week for first 90-120 days, then 4 days in, 1 day remote
Compensation: $100-110k bonus

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager to oversee and improve the AR process while leading a team of five professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts receivable, process optimization, and team leadership to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance within the AR function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage AR Operations: Oversee all aspects of accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, cash applications, and reconciliations.
- Lead & Develop Team: Manage a team of five AR professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to enhance productivity.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies within the AR process and implement solutions to improve accuracy, reduce outstanding receivables, and enhance cash flow.
- Monitor KPIs: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of AR processes and team performance.
- Customer Relations: Work closely with clients to resolve payment discrepancies, disputes, and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with finance, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth AR operations and alignment with business objectives.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards while preparing accurate AR reports for management.
- Technology Optimization: Leverage accounting software and automation tools to streamline AR processes and reporting.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record of process improvement and efficiency gains in AR.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a high-volume AR environment (2000 invoices per month).
- Knowledge of ERP systems and automation tools.
Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
