Key Responsibilities and Success Metrics :

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Fractional CFO to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with Incite Tax clients to provide high-level financial oversight and planning. You'll become a trusted partner for business owners, helping them optimize financial performance, manage cash flow, and achieve their growth goals. This position is designed to support multiple clients, offering flexible and fractional CFO services tailored to their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy and Planning :

Develop and implement strategic financial plans to support client goals.

Create budgets, forecasts, and financial models tailored to individual businesses.

Prepare and review financial statements.

Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights.

Cash Flow and Risk Management :

Monitor and manage client cash flow, ensuring financial stability.

Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Oversee entry-level bookkeepers and monthly bookkeeping for your clients.

Financial Reporting and Compliance :

Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for clients.

Assist with compliance-related matters, including tax filings and regulatory requirements.

Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to business owners and stakeholders.

Client Advisory Services :

Act as a financial advisor to business owners, guiding them through key financial decisions.

Provide insights on profitability, cost control, and growth strategies.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service.

Team Collaboration :

Collaborate with Incite Tax accountants, bookkeepers, and other professionals to ensure cohesive client service.

Leverage cross-departmental expertise to deliver holistic financial solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field or equivalent experience.

Minimum 4 years of financial leadership experience, preferably in a CFO or senior financial role.

Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Strong interpersonal and advisory skills, with the ability to build trust with clients.

Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Excel).

Experience working with small to mid-sized businesses preferred.

Familiarity with fractional CFO models or consulting preferred.
