Job Summary:
The Production Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the production team by gathering, analyzing, and reporting key performance metrics. This position requires strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a meticulous approach to data management and compliance monitoring.
Responsibilities:
- Data Collection and Analysis: Proactively gather production data from team members, including paint usage, production times, and quality control Process this data using advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, vlookups, macros) to generate insightful reports and metrics.
- Performance Reporting: Develop and deliver regular reports to upper management on key production metrics, highlighting trends, identifying areas for improvement, and providing actionable insights.
- Compliance Monitoring: Assist in monitoring compliance with quality, safety, and training standards. This may involve tracking training completion, auditing safety procedures, and maintaining quality control records.
- Production Support: Provide general administrative and production

Qualifications:
