Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in gathering, organizing, and analyzing data to support various departments, including FSQ (Food Safety Quality) and SQF (Safe Quality Food). This position requires someone with strong organizational and analytical skills who can manage reports, monitor compliance, and ensure accurate data tracking within a food facility environment. The Data Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven strategies and enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Production Department with generating reports, tracking data, and maintaining accurate records.
- Utilize Excel and other Microsoft applications to create, analyze, and present data efficiently.
- Collaborate with the FSQ and SQF departments to monitor food safety and quality-related information.
- Ensure proper storage, filing, and monitoring of testing, lab results, and documentation.
- Track and report on compliance metrics, ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
- Organize and maintain databases to ensure all production and safety data is readily accessible.
- Identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in production processes through data analysis.
- Assist in preparing for audits and inspections by ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
