Quality Control Manager for an aircraft engine MRO facility

Job Summary:
This is a full-time, direct hire position offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for developing and evaluating QA processes to support continuous improvement in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and evaluate quality assurance (QA) processes, work instructions, and procedures to support ongoing improvements.
• Review and assist in creating Engine Mini Packs.
• Examine Aircraft Data Systems (ADS).
• Create and modify Maintenance Forms as necessary.
• Design and update RSQCM.
• Organize and track all shop tooling, ensuring calibration is up-to-date.
• Lead root cause and corrective action activities on identified non-conformities.
• Implement systems to efficiently control quality of workmanship and business operations.
• Represent the company as quality manager during customer site visits.
• Maintain the facility's audit-readiness at all times.
• Keep vendor files up-to-date.
• Direct the training of new hires to ensure adherence to quality procedures.
• Maintain employee files, including training documents, up-to-date.
• Establish and maintain best practices according to quality and operations manuals.

Requirements:

• Minimum of QA management experience.
• Familiarity with managerial experience in MRO facilities and demonstrated sales success with an established customer base.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, teamwork, a can-do attitude, task-oriented approach, coachability, adaptability, professionalism, punctuality, and self-motivation.
• Bilingual skills in Spanish are highly desirable.
