Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee operations in a dynamic cleaning operation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the cleaning industry, particularly in residential, vacation rentals and commercial setting, with strong staff training. This role is crucial for maintaining high standards of service, ensuring that all safety protocols are met and the right products are being used in their designated areas.

Duties

• Oversee daily operations of the cleaning services, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to quality standards.
• Manage daily operations, including inventory management on cleaning products, ensuring all company SOP are being met and our client feedbacks are been heard and addressed.
• Train and develop staff in all aspects of cleaning operations, including cleaning techniques for efficiency and correct products being used on proper areas.
• Collaborate with owner to create innovative methods that meet customer expectations and reflect current trends in the cleaning industry.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to ensure efficient cleaning operations.
• Implement training programs that enhance team performance and promote career growth within the organization.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning management or a similar role within the cleaning industry.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning operations, cleaning supplies maintenance practices, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team effectively.
• Proficient in training development techniques to enhance staff skills and performance.
• Familiarity with all products and methods of cleaning style is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and customers alike.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
