Radiology Supervisor

Hire Caliber Staffing is seeking an Imaging Supervisor for a healthcare organization in Middlebury, VT.

This role will oversee daily radiology operations, ensuring smooth workflow, quality imaging, and staff coordination while maintaining direct clinical involvement as needed. Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Leadership & Operations

• Oversee and coordinate radiology team workflow, scheduling, and daily operations.
• Act as a liaison between radiology staff and senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal imaging regulations and best practices.

Clinical & Technical Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee imaging procedures across multiple modalities, including General Radiography, Fluoroscopy, DXA, Mammography, CT, OR Imaging, and PACS.
• Maintain high standards in imaging quality, patient care, and safety protocols.
• Support team members with hands-on clinical expertise as needed for staffing gaps.

Quality Control & Program Development

• Oversee equipment maintenance, inventory, and supply ordering.
• Implement quality assurance measures and workflow improvements.
• Assist in the transition and standardization of new imaging technology.

Requirements:

• Certificate and/or Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT(R) Certification, plus additional certification in CT or Mammography.
• Eligibility for Vermont Radiologic Technologist Licensure.
• 5 years of radiology experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Supervisory experience in a union setting.
• ARRT Certification in CT, Mammography, and Radiography.
• Experience with Epic EMR and Visage PACS systems.

Compensation & Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $78,700 – $118,100, along with a $15,000 sign-on bonus (paid in three installments) and partial relocation assistance.
