Customer Experience Associate
Start date : March 17
Location : East Hartford, CT, onsite (remote is not possible)
Pay : $19 per hour, paid weekly
Duration : Long-term contract, temporary to permanent
Shift : 830 am - 5 pm Monday to Friday
Be the first point of contact via inbound calls for clients. You will offer exceptional customer service for those who may need assistance with password reset, account information updates, customer support, and escalating queries when required.
What you'll do :
Patient approach and active listening for problem resolution Excellently communicates with customers and provides good customer service Uses multiple monitors and has excellent computer skills; able to toggle between numerous software platforms
Enters information into software systems accurately and efficiently Log calls and information accurately into the system and handles problem resolution confidentially handles information
Can handle a high volume of calls in sometimes stressful situations with poise
What you'll bring :
A minimum of 6 months of fast-paced call center experience
Communicates well and has a pleasant demeanour
Must be at least 18 years of age
Completed high school diploma or GED
Must be able to type a minimum of 35 wpm, with no more than 2 errors (there will be a typing test)
Able to take a customer service assessment
Must be able to undergo and pass a background check and drug screen
