What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Attorney - Fund Formation & Investment Management position at Hire Horizons?
We are looking to speak with fund formation and investment management associate attorneys to join our client’s Corporate practice in their Boston office.

The incoming associate will advise clients on all aspects of the structuring, formation and ongoing management of private investment funds and their respective management companies, as well as a broad cross-section of institutional investors actively investing into private investment funds. You will focus on all stages and types of private investment fund formations, including venture capital, growth equity, buyout, fund-of-funds, private credit, secondary and non-traditional funds (e.g., feeder and access funds).
Billable Hours target : 1, – 1,
- Alongside standard billable work, associates can count up to hours of pro bono.
