We are passionate about ensuring our customers’ success. As a Technical Recruiter you will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting; recruit, screen and recommended placement of candidates by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external) for technical positions throughout the U.S.

You must be innovative, competitive, flexible, self-directed, and skilled at building and maintaining strong professional relationships. The ability to function in a fast-paced rapidly changing environment is essential. Top producers will be trained and empowered to build your own recruiting team to function under your direct leadership in your own industry niche.

Flexibility is a key benefit of this role as you will work from your home office with flexible hours.

Compensation includes a base salary, plus UNCAPPED commission potential. Typical incomes range from $100-150 K, while top producers earn more than $175 K.

Requirements:

• B.S./B.A. degree required; Technical degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of direct Sales experience; ideally calling on industrial, manufacturing, or commercial customers
• Strong, ambitious, assertive selling style: a “hunter” sales mentality
• Must enjoy frequent interaction with people, talking on the phone, and developing strong personal relationships with candidates and clients
• Ideally have existing relationships or contacts in industries such as: Energy, Automotive, Chemical, Energy, Engineering & Construction, Environmental, Food & Beverage, Industrial Cleaning, Industrial & Institutional, Logistics & Transportation, Manufacturing, Mining, Municipalities, Nuclear, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Plastics & Engineered Resins, Primary Metals, Power Generation, Pulp & Paper, Refining, and Water Treatment
• Prior recruiting experience is a plus, but not required
• Will work from home office
• Must provide own computer, printer/copier, internet connection, and home office landline
• Must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Need strong competitive drive and clear track record of high achievement
• Must live within 3 hours of Columbus, OH
