We strive to be an integral part of the community, continually expanding our efforts to serve the psychiatric needs of adolescents and adults.

Job Description

HR Consultation for 400 employees
Recruitment, selection working with hiring managers, on boarding
Identifies training needs for staff
Responsible for ensuring that HR files are in compliance
Develops and interprets HR policy and employee handbooks
Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

PHR or SPHR highly preferred

HR Generalist and full cycle recruitment background

3-5 years HR leadership experience, preferably in a behavioral health hospital environment, will consider hospitality, retail or service industry experience
