OVERVIEW
A fast-growing manufacturing company is seeking a seasoned Accounts Payable Consultant to join their team on consulting basis to implement new AI software and consolidate/streamline ERP software and processes, in addition to managing AP duties for employee on parental leave, .
Location: Kaysville, Utah
Start Date: January 2025
Pay: Starts : $30 /hr (DOE)
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Assist the SVP of Accounting with ERP and AI software implementations and consolidations across several sites.
- Full-cycle accounts payable processing.
- Ensure accurate and timely handling of high-volume invoices.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to support financial operations.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Familiarity with JD Edwards is a plus, though all ERP software experience is acceptable.
- Availability for immediate interviews and a January 2025 start date.
- Experience with full-cycle accounts payable, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Comfort with processing high invoice volumes (e.g., ~1,000/month).
