OVERVIEW
Our manufacturing client in Kaysville, Utah, is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team on a temporary or consulting basis. This role involves processing up to 1,000 invoices monthly, with opportunities for additional responsibilities based on experience.
Location: Kaysville, Utah
Start Date: January 2025
Pay: Flexible, pending experience. Starting at $25 per hour.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Full-cycle accounts payable processing.
- Ensure accurate and timely handling of high-volume invoices.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to support financial operations.
- For advanced candidates: Assist the SVP of Accounting with software implementations.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Experience with full-cycle accounts payable, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Comfort with processing high invoice volumes (e.g., ~1,000/month).
- Familiarity with JD Edwards is a plus, though all ERP software experience is acceptable.
- Availability for immediate interviews and a January 2025 start date.
Assignment Details:
- For temporary candidates: Must bring relevant volume and industry experience to contribute immediately. Training may be available yet limited depending on the start date.
- For consultant candidates: Beyond processing Accounts Payable, more complex tasks such as involvement in software implementation will be available.
