As a Client Services Manager

youareenergizedbytakingcareofclientsandhaveapassionforpeople.Withsharpattentiontodetailandstronginterpersonalskills,youplayakeypartinbuildingtrustedrelationshipswithclients,thirdpartyadvisors,andteammembers.Youareconstantlycollaboratingwiththeteam,helpingclientsnavigatetheintricaciesofestateplanning,estateadministration,andbusinesslaw,andrisingtothechallengeofthefast - pacedlegalservicesworld.Youareaconnectionbetweentheattorney,clients,clientservices,andprojectmanagers.

Your Day-to-Day May Involve

  • Workingdirectlywithattorneys,clientservices,andprojectmanagementteamstoensurebestrecommendationsaremadeandfulfilled
  • Providingaconsistentclientexperienceinaloyal,meticulous,gracious,andhonorablemanner
  • Developingstrongandtrustedrelationshipswithclientsandadvisorsthroughtimelyandaccuratecommunications
