Compensation: $150K (DOE) bonus generous benefits package
Location: Central Utah County, Utah
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead: Advise high-net-worth clients on sophisticated estate planning strategies, including trust and estate administration, business succession planning, and wealth preservation techniques.
- Develop: Craft and implement comprehensive estate plans tailored to individual client needs, incorporating trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and other relevant legal instruments.
- Analyze: Proactively assess complex legal and financial situations, identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize wealth transfer.
- Collaborate: Effectively partner with clients, financial advisors, and other professionals to provide seamless and integrated service delivery.
- Build & Maintain: Cultivate and nurture long-term client relationships based on trust, integrity, and exceptional service.
- Stay Informed: Continuously monitor and adapt to evolving legal and regulatory landscapes impacting estate planning and wealth management.
- Contribute: Actively participate in professional development and contribute to the firm's growth and success through knowledge sharing and client service excellence.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Academic Excellence: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with a strong academic record; current Utah Bar membership
- Proven Experience: Minimum 3 years of successful experience in high-net-worth estate planning, trust and estate law, or a closely related field.
- Specialized Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in sophisticated estate planning techniques, including wealth preservation strategies, tax minimization, and trust and estate administration.
- Exceptional Communication: Possess excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and client service skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to navigate complex legal and financial scenarios.
