OVERVIEW
A top nationwide home builder is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to make an impact on their growing team, while successfully planning and executing all aspects of land development projects, from initial concept to final construction.
- Compensation: $100-120K bonus benefits
- Location: 100% on-site in Las Vegas Nevada Metro Area (requires employer-funded relocation for out-of-state candidates)
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead and manage all phases of land development projects, from initial planning and design to final construction.
- Direct and oversee the work of consultants in areas such as civil engineering, surveying, and environmental studies.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and track progress against key milestones.
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from relevant regulatory agencies.
- Manage relationships with municipalities and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct thorough due diligence investigations and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, zoning ordinances, and environmental guidelines.
- Prepare and analyze proposals, bids, and contracts for various project components.
- Monitor construction progress, address any challenges, and ensure project completion on time and within budget.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- 5 years of professional experience in land development, construction, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage construction or engineering projects from inception to completion, and collaborate well in a team environment.
- Strong foundational knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction best practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
