WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Architect, Implement, & Customize: Craft and deploy tailored Salesforce solutions to meet evolving business demands and seamlessly integrate with and enhance existing workflows.
- Integrate & Connect: Leverage APIs and middleware to ensure seamless data flow between internal and external systems.
- Optimize & Resolve: Proactively address performance bottlenecks and resolve technical challenges.
- Requirements Gathering: Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable technical specifications.
- Documentation & Planning: Produce and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications and test plans.
- Best Practices & User Empowerment: Stay informed on Salesforce advancements and deliver ongoing training/support to end-users.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Technical Proficiency: 3 years of Salesforce development, integrations, APIs, and middleware tools and working knowledge of tools like Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, and legal practice platforms/systems.
- Problem-Solving & Collaborative Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate clearly, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Educational Foundation: Relevant bachelor’s degree (i.e., CS, IT, etc.) or equivalent professional experience.
