Position Overview :

This position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements, support strategic initiatives, and identify opportunities for process improvements. Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the preparation of external financial reports in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Develop and review detailed disclosures for key financial elements and ensure alignment with technical guidance.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to support financial communication initiatives, including reporting, presentations, and releases.
- Conduct thorough reviews of financial filings to ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate audits and reviews.
- Monitor changes in accounting standards, assess their impact, and recommend strategies for implementation.
- Benchmark reporting practices against industry standards and recommend enhancements.
- Contribute to sustainability-related disclosures and other specialized reporting initiatives.
- Provide oversight and guidance on technical accounting matters and process improvements.
- Mentor and guide team members to ensure quality and alignment with organizational goals.
- Support leadership on various projects and ad hoc tasks as needed.
