Well established, highly regarded Wellness Center is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Concierge to join their team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for high-profile clients, providing a warm and professional greeting and ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service. The ideal candidate will monitor inboxes and assist clients with any special needs or accommodations. Candidate will perform administrative duties as needed. The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Schedule will be Monday-Friday with hours of 9am-6pm with some flexibility needed.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Greet clients warmly and professionally as they arrive at the center
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Respond to emails promptly, addressing client inquiries and concerns with accuracy and efficiency
- Schedule and manage appointments for treatment sessions, ensuring proper coordination between clients and wellness team members
- Ensure confidentiality of all client information at all times
- Assist clients with any special requests or accommodations to enhance their experience
- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and communication within the center
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management
- Provide information about the center's services, programs, and policies to clients and prospective clients
- Ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all clients, addressing any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Additional administrative or concierge tasks as requested
