Well established, highly regarded Wellness Center is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Concierge to join their team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for high-profile clients, providing a warm and professional greeting and ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service. The ideal candidate will monitor inboxes and assist clients with any special needs or accommodations. Candidate will perform administrative duties as needed. The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Schedule will be Monday-Friday with hours of 9am-6pm with some flexibility needed.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

  • Greet clients warmly and professionally as they arrive at the center
  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
  • Respond to emails promptly, addressing client inquiries and concerns with accuracy and efficiency
  • Schedule and manage appointments for treatment sessions, ensuring proper coordination between clients and wellness team members
  • Ensure confidentiality of all client information at all times
  • Assist clients with any special requests or accommodations to enhance their experience
  • Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and communication within the center
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management
  • Provide information about the center's services, programs, and policies to clients and prospective clients
  • Ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all clients, addressing any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Additional administrative or concierge tasks as requested

Requirements :

  • Strong command of English language; superior communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent references required from both current and previous employers
  • Degree, certificate or serious interest in Nutrition and / or Wellness REQUIRED
  • Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role, preferably in a high-profile or upscale environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and wardrobe with a polished and clean presentation
  • Former client-facing experience and the ability to communicate professionally
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning industry software
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
  • Assertive personality with the ability to take initiative and handle challenges proactively
  • Excellent people skills with a high EQ
  • Legally able to work in the US
