Job Description :

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage the logistics and dispatch of laptops for new starters within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end process of hardware delivery, ensuring timely and accurate

deployment to new users.

Responsibilities :

End to end process of preparing, packing and shipping of laptops to new users.

Track and manage the entire delivery process from start to finish.

Ensure all hardware is delivered on time and in working condition.

Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments.

Work with key stakeholders to coordinate deliveries

Communicate effectively with team members, vendors and new users to ensure smooth delivery and setup.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the deployment process.

Assisting the imaging and provisioning process if required.

Basic Qualifications :

Strong experience in providing exceptional customer service and ability to demonstrate strong coordination and organizational skills. Minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience or a bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications :

1-2 years of experience in managing logistics and coordinating deployments.

Proven track record of successful deployment projects.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of users and technical teams.

Ability to support and explain technical concepts to users at various levels of technical proficiency where needed.

Ability to effectively manage difficult or volatile situations.

Ability to read and understand procedures, and OEM guides.

Ability to schedule, prioritize, and learn new technologies and procedures quickly.
