HiRE Technology is seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Technical Lead with expertise in Demand Planning, POS Inventory Management, and Finance & Operations (F&O). The candidate will drive the implementation, optimization, and integration of Dynamics 365 solutions, aligning them with retail, inventory, financial, and supply chain operations.
Responsibilities:
- Solution Design & Implementation: Lead design, configuration, and deployment of Dynamics 365, focusing on Demand Planning, POS Inventory, and F&O
- Demand Planning & Inventory Management: Implement demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and POS system integration to improve retail and supply chain operations
- Finance & Operations Expertise: Oversee F&O module configuration, ensuring effective financial management, procurement, and reporting
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specs
- Process Optimization & Testing: Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead functional testing to meet business needs
- Training & Support: Provide user training, support, and troubleshooting post-implementation.
- Integration & Data Migration: Manage data migration and integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party systems
- Project Leadership: Lead ERP implementation or upgrades in Agile/Waterfall frameworks, ensuring timely delivery
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with Dynamics 365 updates and industry trends, recommending improvements
Requirements:
- Experience: 7 years with Dynamics 365, focusing on Demand Planning, POS Inventory, and F&O
- Industry Knowledge: Strong background in retail, inventory, and financial operations
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365, especially Supply Chain, Retail, and Inventory modules
- Data Integration: Experience integrating with third-party POS, WMS, and financial systems
- Certifications: Microsoft Certified in Dynamics 365 F&O (preferred)
- Project Management: Familiar with managing large ERP projects using Agile/Waterfall
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills for effective stakeholder communication
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work across teams to ensure project success
Preferred:
- Proven experience in implementing Demand Planning and POS Inventory solutions
- Ability to drive process optimization and automation
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance
