The ideal candidate is self-motivated & competitive, has a sense of urgency, and understands how the Business Development Center works within an automotive dealership. Job Requirements for Automotive BDC Manager:
- Successful BDC/Call Center Management experience of 1 year or more REQUIRED!
- Proven results managing people REQUIRED!
- CRM (Customer Relationship Management)experience REQUIRED!
- Automotive sales experience a PLUS!
- Working knowledge of automotive BDC department/social media
- Self-motivated and competitive person who creates a sense of urgency
- Computer/Internet/Social Media experience a MUST!
- Positive, professional and proven leadership skills
- Demonstrates ability to find a resolution to issues and problems
- Works effectively in a team environment
- Must be willing to work some Saturdays and evenings REQUIRED!
