Job Title : Fitting Process Engineer

Summary
This position is responsible for preparing an accurate and detailed shop routing package within a specific timeframe to
meet customer commitments and current scheduled shop load.
Responsibilities
Ability to review customer ordering data on sales order, MITP, and quality checklist.
Understand standard drawings
Understand standard specification requirements such as ASTM, ASME, MSS, etc.
Knowledge of product description including alloys and end preparations.
Knowledge of standard testing requirements, both NDT and DT.
Prepare shop drawings in accordance with all ordering data.
Knowledge of welding procedures.
Reserve raw material from inventory for production purposes when necessary.
Analyze selected raw material for conformance to purchase order and specification requirements.
Prepare a routing package including a routing, shop drawing, quality checklists and other applicable documents.
Review shop routings produced by other process engineers for accuracy.
Modify selected master routings for detailed step by step manufacturing processes.
Use of Pronest.
Qualifications
U.S. citizenship
Basic computer skills including Syteline and associated programs.
Language skills English (Spanish a plus)
Mathematically inclined.
Education and / or Experience
Education and / or Experience 1 year minimum work relative experience.
