HireAlliance has partnered with one of the most successful and highly regarded staffing companies in the country in their search for an IT Account Executive/Business Development professional to join their teams in the Alpharetta and Atlanta area.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience selling technical staffing services to companies locally or nationally. You will help drive revenue growth by establishing strong relationships with new prospects as well as deepening relationships with existing/former accounts. Your effective communication and interpersonal skills will help you succeed as an Account Executive.
Responsibilities
- Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients
- Manage and track client outreach
- Strategize innovative ways to reach new clients
- Communicate strategy to relevant team-members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years' of prior experience in IT Staffing sales
- Organized and able to multi-task
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A proven track record of success in staffing sales in any niche
