Role: MS Power Platform Systems Analyst
Duration: 7 Months (with potential for a 3-year extension)
Location: Austin, Texas 78751
- Position is 4 days remote and 1 day onsite (Tuesdays) at the above location.
Candidates must be based within Texas but will need to work onsite in Austin one day per week (Tuesdays).
Job Description:
The client is Managed Care Utilization Review team to develop a customized solution using the Microsoft 365 Power Platform for the modernization of program utilization review forms.
Responsibilities include:
- Understanding business objectives, identifying alternative solutions, and performing cost/benefit analyses.
- Analyzing user requirements, operational procedures, and problems to automate processes or enhance existing systems.
- Writing detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and development steps.
- Reviewing system capabilities, specifications, and limitations to determine feasibility within the current system.
The position requires extensive work in Power Platform areas, including:
- Power Apps (model-driven)
- Microsoft Dataverse
- Power Automate Flows
- Power BI reports
Candidate Skills and Qualifications Years Required/Preferred Experience
5 years of Required Experience with SaaS and/or PaaS environments
4 years of Required Hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI
4 years of Required Power Platform development experience
4 years of Required Designing and developing Canvas and Model-driven PowerApps using Microsoft Dataverse
4 years of Required Developing Power Automate Flows, Desktop Flows, and Business Process Flows
4 years of Required Experience with Dataverse tables and usage
4 years of Required Experience with Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center
4 years of Required Power BI report development
2 years of Preferred Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills across organizational levels
2 years of Preferred Effective teamwork and collaboration skills
2 years of Preferred Agile development and sprint planning experience
2 years of Preferred Ability to work independently and collaboratively on cross-functional teams
1years of Preferred Experience with Power Platform mobile apps, Power Virtual Agents, Power Pages, and PowerApps portals
