Overview:
We are a well-established precision manufacturer with a long-standing history in producing high-quality machined parts and prototypes. We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Milling Programmer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and optimizing CNC programs to ensure efficient and precise machining processes. This role requires a strong understanding of CNC milling operations, G-code programming, and CAD/CAM software.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical blueprints and design models to develop and optimize CNC programs for milling, ensuring all customer specifications and quality standards are met.
- Design tooling and fixtures to complete complex components.
- Program parts using MasterCam for multi-axis machinery based on prints and/or models.
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines.
- Choose and load the correct cutting tools for the material being machined.
- Troubleshoot issues during the manufacturing process.
- Perform quality control tests using instruments such as calipers, comparators, gauges, and micrometers.
- Maintain and clean machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Train new staff on machine operation procedures.
- Complete and document system transactions and technical setup sheets.
- Communicate concerns to management and other relevant individuals.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or management team.
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in MasterCam programming with multi-axis machinery is required.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, including GD&T.
- Experience with 3 2, 4 1, and full simultaneous 5-axis machining.
- Familiarity with Fanuc controls and CAMplete software.
- Experience in high-precision manufacturing industries is strongly preferred.
Additional Qualifications/Skills:
- Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English.
- Ability to work with various materials.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrates initiative and the ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of AS9100 quality systems is preferred.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with additional overtime available
This position requires access to ITAR/EAR-regulated technology, and applicants must meet ITAR requirements.
Salary : $30 - $45
