Job Description :
We are seeking a Maintenance Operator to support the manufacturing of high-strength aerospace fasteners by performing preventative maintenance and equipment repairs . This role ensures equipment reliability, minimizes downtime , and maintains production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
Perform preventative maintenance on production machinery, including CNC machines, lathes, mills, and presses , following established schedules.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to ensure optimal equipment performance.Identify and replace worn or damaged parts to prevent production disruptions.Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs for compliance and tracking purposes.Work closely with production teams to address and resolve equipment-related challenges.Manage spare parts inventory , ensuring availability of essential components.Adhere to company safety protocols, procedures, and compliance regulations to maintain a safe work environment.Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency and safety.Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent ; technical certification or associate's degree in a related field preferred.Experience in industrial maintenance , preferably in a manufacturing environment .Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills .Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals .Familiarity with various types of production equipment , including CNC machines, lathes, mills, and presses.Preferred Skills :
Experience in aerospace manufacturing or precision machining .Knowledge of CNC controls or machinery used in fastener manufacturing .Forklift certification .Additional Information :
