Description:
We are a leading provider of anodization, surface sealing, sacrificial coating, and thermal spraying services for major manufacturers within the aerospace industry. Our clients include top-tier companies and their global sub-tiers. We are seeking a skilled Thermal Spray Technician to assist with applying thermal spray coating systems.

Responsibilities:

• Perform pre-coating operations, including surface preparation and grit blasting.
• Verify masking and blast quality before applying coatings.
• Select appropriate materials and equipment, and set up tooling fixtures for the thermal spray process.
• Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers to measure dimensions before and after coating.
• Monitor the coating process to ensure proper application and quality standards.
• Perform post-treatment processes, such as polishing, cleaning, and deburring components.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair thermal spray equipment.
• Produce parts efficiently and ensure compliance with quality standards.
