HireCall is hiring a Small Mechanical Assembly Technician for a Tulsa company.
If you enjoy working on craftsman builds that include up to 100 parts per workstation, vehicle track systems, and hydraulic components such as diesel engines, pumps, and hoses, we want you on our team!
Requirements:
- Two years of field specific technical experience
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow assembly procedure
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical and hydraulic assemblies
- Basic computer knowledge
- Stong work ethic and ability to communicate well with team
- HS/GED
- Power and Hand Tools
- Ability to read a Tape Measure to the 1/16"
- Able to pass drug test
- Clean background
- Willingness to travel domestically to customer locations for on-site equipment setup, repairs and troubleshoot.
Job requires moving of material and parts weighing up to 50 pounds. Lifting devices should be used when possible. Parts must be lifted, pulled, pushed, and held in place, sometimes without benefit of material handling devices due to limited space and confined areas in and around machines.

This position is safety-sensitive because, in addition to the essential functions, it also involves performing one or more of the following essential tasks or duties:

- Repairing, maintaining or monitoring the performance or operation of any equipment, machinery or manufacturing process, the malfunction or disruption of which could result in injury or property damage.
- The operation, maintenance or oversight of critical services and infrastructure including, but not limited to, electric, gas, and water utilities, power generation or distribution.
- The extraction, compression, processing, manufacturing, handling, packaging, storage, disposal, treatment or transport of potentially volatile, flammable, combustible materials, elements, chemicals or any other highly regulated component.
