- Passionate about mission and have excellent communication skills and exuberant curiosity.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous administrator experience.
- Great written and spoken communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Comfort with interacting with senior level individuals inside and outside of company.
- Interest in the EV industry and/or sustainability.
- Positive attitude.
- Customer Records: Create and maintain organized and up-to-date customer records in coordination with Origination lead through timely data entry and meticulous data hygiene in CRM platform.
- Data Requests: Work with internal departments to source required data and/or approvals to qualify an opportunity.
- Document Management: Accurately and promptly support Origination team on contract pipeline management to deliver scale and speed.
- Sales Reports: Partner with Sales Operations to generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights into performance.
- Administrative Support: Provide business-related administrative assistance to the Origination team, including correspondence and document management.
- Communication: Interact with site hosts and interact with internal teams, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer Service: Perform basic customer service functions, such as answering questions and responding to inquiries from potential leads.
- Payment Management: Capably field questions from customers or Finance regarding status of payments.
- Customer Feedback: Communicate customer feedback to appropriate internal stakeholders.
