QC Lab Technician I

Required:

• Associates Degree required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Some equipment used in the lab: HPLC, GC, AAS, ICP, KF Titrators, pH meters, Brookfield Viscometers.
• Support ISO 9001, IATF 16949, EFfCI, ISO 14001 and RCMS systems.
• Night shift (Sun-Thu, 7pm - 3am) for the period of initial training (maybe 2-3 months).
  
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Organize and prioritize testing and analysis workload.
• Perform analysis using established methods.
• Perform analysis and document results in SAP for raw material, in-process, and final product samples.
• Release final products based on customer specification.
• Release raw materials to production based on raw material specifications.
• Assist in non-conforming product inspections.
• Participate in root cause analysis as required.
• Actively participate in EHS initiatives and compliance, including adhering to established health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Support ISO 9001, IATF 16949, EFfCI, ISO 14001 and RCMS systems.
• Work assigned shift schedule and provided adequate shift relief.
