Orion Project Services and our largest US client have teamed up for an exciting contract opportunity for QC Lab Technician in Cincinnati!!!! Our client is seeking candidates familiar with HPLC and Dissolution testing with experience working in a GMP environment.

QC Lab Technician Responsibilities:
- Perform routine tests of finished product and stability samples including dissolution, assays, chromatographic purity and content uniformity.
- Operates analytical instruments such as High Pressure Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography (UPLC), Gas Chromatography (GC), Ultra Violet visible spectroscopy (UV/Vis), and dissolution apparatus.
- Maintain accurate lab documentation (including electronic note book).
- Analyze data and report results in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized laboratory working environment.
- Follow all SOPs and Safety Guidelines to ensure compliance with a cGMP environment.
Education and experience needed:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related scientific field
- 1-2 years related experience in pharmaceutical analysis.
- Experience with dissolution testing
- Experience with HPLC
- Prior experience using Empower data acquisition and LIMS.
