- Education or training in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields are required.
- Excellent communication skills-both written and oral, including presentation skills is required.
- Desired Experience with:
- iOS platforms.
- MS Office 365 and related applications.
- Familiarity with Cyber Security concepts.
- Work directly with end users within the region to communicate changes and impact to their IT environment.
- Work with venders on service contracts to provide best options for customers.
- Provide troubleshooting on mobile devices and applications.
- Develop user guides and instructions for specific application configurations and setup.
- Work with customer on updates as well as upgrades to mobile devices
- Record and document all new processes and procedures in service scope and update those already documented to ensure coworkers are able to understand and follow.
- Gain complete understanding of IT separation activities, timelines, technical issues, and solutions in a continuously changing environment.
- Support change-release processes for implementation of IT systems.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Must be organized, self-motivated and have skills to tackle problems as they occur and takes appropriate steps to solve them in situations where the problem may be difficult or complex.
- Should have the ability to take direction and switch quickly between tasks.
- Seeks advice and guidance from Management Team or others for non-routine or other problem areas.
- Ability to communicate effective with all levels of the organization from Senior Management to Individual Contributor.
