Are you ready to build your career by joining an international automotive company, If so, our client is hiring a Title Support Representative!
Position Type:
- Contract
- Onsite.
- Must a have minimum high school diploma or equivalent with 1-year experience in a similar capacity.
- Previous titles experience preferred.
- Commercial vehicle finance experience preferred.
- Versatile (able to work several processes).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Independent thinker.
- Ability to complete research.
- Will include one or more of the following processes to support portfolio:
- Managing incoming and outgoing department mail, filling for and/or perfecting titles, completing State-to-State title transfers and/or Lease to Retail title transfers.
- Responsible for completing title corrections, follow for title deficiencies and manage title vendor exceptions reports while providing support to internal and external customers via phone (inbound or outbound calls) or email to resolve title exceptions.
