Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Assistant or LPN to oversee clinical trials and research studies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of study execution, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to monitor patient progress, and expertise in data collection and management. The Study Coordinator will play a critical role in facilitating successful clinical outcomes while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
Duties
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and monitoring of clinical trials.
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and industry standards throughout the study lifecycle.
- Conduct patient monitoring, including blood sampling and other necessary procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data collection and management efforts.
- Develop study protocols and ensure adherence to research methodologies.
- Train and supervise staff involved in data collection and patient interaction.
- Maintain accurate records of study progress, patient data, and regulatory documentation.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding study updates and findings.
Experience
- Medical Assistant or LPN background is preferred.
- Previous experience in coordinating clinical trials or research studies is preferred, but not a must.
- Proficiency in phlebotomizing and performing blood sampling techniques.
- Strong understanding of patient monitoring practices and data management systems.
- Familiarity with FDA regulations related to clinical research is essential.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
