Job Responsibilities:
1. Executive Support
-Coordinate the general manager's schedule, meeting organization and cross-border travel plans to ensure efficient execution of the itinerary.
-Write bilingual meeting minutes, reports and business documents in Chinese and English to accurately convey strategic information.
2. Business Development Promotion
-Assist in market research, competitive product analysis and partner negotiations, and deeply participate in the formulation of new regional development strategies.
-Follow project progress, coordinate resources from supply chain, market and other departments, and promote the implementation of cooperation projects.
3. Cross-regional coordination
-As the core contact person for travel in the East and West regions of the United States, solve local business emergencies and maintain key cooperative relationships.
-Regularly summarize regional operating data to provide multi-dimensional support for management decision-making.
4. Special tasks
-Independently complete temporary tasks assigned by the general manager, including event planning, cross-cultural communication and coordination, etc.
Job requirements:
1. Identity requirements: American citizen, holding a legal work visa (if applicable).
2. Language skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken), competent for business negotiation-level communication.Chinese is a plus.
3. More than 1 year of executive support or cross-border business experience, tea/FMCG industry background is preferred.
4. Excellent cross-time zone collaboration ability, with experience in resource coordination in multiple locations in the East and West of the United States.
5. Strong logical thinking and adaptability, able to efficiently handle multi-threaded tasks under high pressure.
6. Proficient in Office Suite, good at data visualization and reporting material production.
7. Adapt to frequent business trips and passionate about the tea industry.
