Job Overview:
We are seeking a versatile and driven Digital Marketing team member in Dallas, TX, to take full ownership of our digital marketing strategies. This individual contributor role is ideal for a motivated professional eager to grow into a leadership position. Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Management:
- Develop engaging and high-impact content, including blogs, eBooks, case studies, sales collateral, and website copy.
- Ensure all content is SEO-optimized and aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Partner with design and product teams to produce compelling, visually engaging materials.
Email Marketing:
- Plan, design, and execute targeted and impactful email marketing campaigns.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to personalize and scale outreach.
Paid Advertising and SEO:
- Manage and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Implement SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and brand visibility.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize results.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Communicate effectively across teams to drive cohesive and innovative marketing initiatives.
Ownership and Execution:
- Fully own digital marketing strategy and execution with a proactive approach.
- Manage projects from concept to completion while maintaining balance across priorities.
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while delivering consistent results.
Qualifications:
Education:
- A bachelor's degree is preferred in business, marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience with content, email, and advertisements marketing strategies.
- 2 years of experience with content, email, and advertising execution.
- Proven ability to manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with AI products (Chatgpt or similar)
- Hands-on experience with marketing tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEO tools, ad platforms).
