The Family Law Unit is seeking a full-time Staff Attorney to join our team. As a Staff Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal services to clients and their families, including preparing and delivering client training and other community education.
We are looking for an individual who can work independently and as part of a team. Experience serving low-income individuals, victims of crime, veterans, or other marginalized communities is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in family law matters, including domestic violence cases
- Prepare and deliver client training and other community education
- Conduct outreach programs
- Special legal and community projects
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Florida Bar
- Ability to speak more than one language
