We are a dedicated nonprofit law firm, tirelessly advocating for the diverse, multiethnic communities of Collier County. Every year, our team of 30 legal professionals works to protect rights, provide free civil legal aid, and uplift vulnerable individuals through education, litigation, and advocacy.

🔥 The Role: Pro Bono Coordinator (PBC) 🔥
As our Pro Bono Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind connecting private attorneys with individuals in need. Your role will recruit, organize, and support pro bono efforts to ensure meaningful legal assistance reaches the people who need it most.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Recruit & build relationships with attorneys, bar associations, and law firms
✔ Engage community partners (local businesses, churches, nonprofits) to identify clients in need
✔ Develop and distribute outreach materials to raise awareness
✔ Coordinate case assignments to pro bono attorneys and provide necessary legal documentation
✔ Support attorneys & clients throughout the process to ensure rewarding experiences
✔ Track data & prepare grant reports to measure impact
✔ Travel across Collier County for outreach & recruitment
💼 What We’re Looking For:
✅ Florida Bar Member or law graduate
✅ Exceptional communication & relationship-building skills
✅ Strong organizational & self-motivation abilities
✅ Windows Office proficiency
✅ Spanish and/or Creole skills? Major plus! 🌎
🎓 Experience:
🔸 Experience working with low-income communities & advocating for marginalized groups
🔸 Background in volunteer coordination, event management, and grant reporting
