Type : Contract, approximately (6) months
Schedule : M-F, 10 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM EST with Saturday rotations
Saturday schedule : 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM EST
Training schedule : M-F, 10 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM EST
Training lasts about 10 days and includes call center software, phone system use, listening to test and common calls, and learning call escalation. You’ll be on the phones by week 3 (no nesting program).
Job description
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service issues regarding the GeauxPass.
Handle approximately (30) level-1 calls daily, with an average handle time of 7 minutes.
Assist callers with inquiries about payments, membership enrollment, and related issues.
Guide callers through the enrollment process and help them update account information.
Support callers in completing and submitting required documentation for membership or account changes.
Assist with image review : Detail oriented data entry and image review, manual audits.
Process payments, open cases, process customer disputes.
Performance metrics are based on customer satisfaction, which includes responding to callers in a timely manner and providing high-quality support throughout the call. You will be expected to greet customers properly, deliver required call disclosures, and actively listen to their concerns. The goal is to assist callers by enrolling new members and helping them complete the necessary documentation.
Requirements
Must have (2) years of customer service experience (does not have to come from a call center).
Must be comfortable working on the phone and have computer skills.
Must be able to accept feedback, process driven, detail oriented, team player.
Must be reliable and able to commit to the duration of the project.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Background check required.
