Training : This position has a long training period and will not be on the phones until 90 days.
Job description :
Manage customer experience by accurately processing and entering customer data into the system while maintaining effective relationships with customers, sales, and field service teams.
Answer customer service inquiries via tickets, phone calls, and Teams messages, adhering to established guidelines to ensure a courteous and consistent approach.
Proactively address requests from customers, sales reps, and service reps, ensuring timely and effective resolution to meet customer needs.
Collaborate with various departments to address customer issues, ensuring alignment with their needs and delivering seamless support.
Investigate billing concerns, process credits, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner, while continuously identifying improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and overall service quality.

Requirements :
