FHA Property Preservation Coordinator
Location: Brandon, 33511 - Fully remote, must be able to come onsite in Brandon, FL for 2nd week of training, no exceptions
Pay: $21.00 /hr based on experience
Hours: 8-5pm M-Fr

Job duties:
- Handle both pre and post-sale services such as lockouts, evictions, and trash outs
- Communicating with vendors to ensure services are completed correctly and timely
- Reviewing photos for quality assurance and completion
- Interact directly with the client in a professional manner regarding general and specific inquiries
- Utilize multiple data bases and software programs to assist in performing & completing day to day job duties
- Negotiate & submit bids into HUD’s P260 data base for approval
- Convey properties to HUD standards for later sale Performs other duties as assigned
- Must be flexible for other duties as assigned: As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required
Requirements:
- MUST have Property Preservation with FHA (Federal Housing Administration)
- MUST be comfortable using light excel meaning cut / paste, data entry, sorting
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Background check required
- Drug screening required
- Testing required
