The Property Preservation Coordinator is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include :
- Communicating with vendors regarding properties, including ensuring timeline adherence, maintaining quality standards, and negotiating bids.
- Responding to customer / client requests or inquiries concerning services, products, billing, timelines, and addressing problem areas.
- Reviewing photos for in-progress and completed jobs.
- Interacting with clients and vendors throughout the assigned territory / client base.
- Enhancing customer satisfaction by adhering to timelines and quality standards.
- Continuously maintaining a working knowledge of all company services.
- Utilizing internal software systems and Microsoft Office productivity tools for workload management.
Specific qualifications for the position include :
Pay Rate Range : $18.00 per hour
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
